He was born on 04 January 1971 as the son of Sri Seenappa Shetty and Girijamma Shetty at Ajri in Kundapur taluk of Udupi district.

He received primary education at the age of sixteen and was inspired by Ajri Vithal Shetty and Holandur Sanjeeva Shetty, who received yakshagana education from senior bhagavatha argodu govindaraya shenoy and built a sculptural mela at Sri Kshetra Kamalashile Mela. Later, he served at Perdur, Madamakki, Haladi, Saukur mela and has been serving in Mandarti Mela for some years now...

He has the ability to disguise the characters of the second and the male characters with beautiful alanga, long, long, brahmavarstyle, and a charming dance style.

Draupati Pratapa's Arjuna, Pushkala of Veeramani Battle, Arjuna of Karnarjuna, keechaka, Kaundlika, He plays the second disguise of Salva, Shalya, Evil Buddhism, Ravana, Bhishma, madhu, kaitaba, shumbasura, veeramani, mahishasura, mandarti kshetra mahatma's shankhachuda, vyaghrapada, navagraha mahatma brahaspati and others.

He has done a beautiful role in the modern episodes in Haladi and Saukur melas, and during the time of Saukur, he played the roles of Keechaka, Koundlika and others in the jodata with Kota Amriteshwari Mela, and was able to compete with competitors in the field.

He has been roaming with the yaksharanga veterans D.Nagar Jagannath Shetty, Subramanya Dareshwara, D.Nagar Subramanya Acharya, Naradi Bhojaraja Shetty and K.P.Hegde. He has been travelling in Bangalore, Mumbai and North Karnataka for 32 years and has been a great fan of the yakshagana for his outstanding performance and disciplined performance, and has been honoured by many associations including Kundapur Buntar Sangh, Mookambika Social Welfare Foundation Mumbai, Thekkate Rotary Club, Koteswara Fan Club.

He has gained popularity with a simple and disciplined lifestyle and lives near Thekkatte with his wife Shanta Shetty, children Anusha and Nayana.

ಇದು ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನಗಾಥೆಯ ಅನಾವರಣ.. ಇಂದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಧಕರು.. ತೆಂಕುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಪುರುಷ ಮತ್ತು ಪುಂಡು ವೇಷಧಾರಿ,ಹನುಮಗಿರಿ ಮೇಳದ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದ ಪೆರ್ಲ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯವರು... ಇವರು ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕಾಟುಕುಕ್ಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜಯ್ಯ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಕಮಲಮ್ಮ ಶೆಡ್ತಿಯವರ ಪುತ್ರನಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:25.10.1966ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು.. ಬಾಲ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದತ್ತ ಆಕರ್ಷಿತರಾಗಿ ಎಂಟನೇಯ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗಲೇ, ತನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದಾಯ ಹೇಳಿದ ಇವರು, ಕಾಟುಕುಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಂಜ್ನಿರಾಮ ಮಣಿಯಾಣಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು,ನಂತರ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಲಲಿತ ಕಲಾಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ಗೋವಿಂದ ಭಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ಗಲ್ ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರ ಭಟ್ಟರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕರಗತ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು,1981ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕದ್ರಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆಕಟ್ಟಿ ರಂಗ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದರು..ಕದ್ರಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಇವರು ನಂತರ,ಹದಿಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ,ಕುಂಟಾರು ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ವರ್ಷ,ಎಡನೀರು ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ,ಹೊಸನಗರ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಹನುಮಗಿರಿ ಮೇಳದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ವೇಷದಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲೊಬ್ಬರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಕಳೆದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ಕಲಾಮಾತೆಯ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇವರು,ದಿ.ಶೇಣಿ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಭಟ್, ದಿ.ತೆಕ್ಕಟ್ಟೆ ಆನಂದ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್,ದಿ.ಸಿದ್ದಕಟ್ಟೆ ಚೆನ್ನಪ್ಪ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ಶಿವರಾಮ ಜೋಗಿ ,ಎಂ.ಕೆ ರಮೇಶ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ, ಉಜಿರೆ ಅಶೋಕ ಭಟ್,ಪದ್ಯಾಣ ಗಣಪತಿ ಭಟ್, ಅಂಬಾಪ್ರಸಾದ ಪಾತಾಳ,ಬಂಟ್ವಾಳ ಜಯರಾಮ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಾಂಗತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿ,ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ... ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣ ಬಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು,ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿ ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲ ಸಿದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇವರು,ಒಂದೇ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಮೂರು ವೇಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲ ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಕಲಾವಿದರು....ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರು,ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನಾದರೂ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಚಾಕಚಕ್ಯತೆ ಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಸಾಧಕ ಕಲಾವಿದರಲ್ಲೊಬ್ಬರಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಲಲಿತವಾದ ಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಸುಂದರವಾದ ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಹಿತಮಿತವಾದ ನಾಟ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧವಾದ ರಂಗನಡೆ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನಾದರೂ ಔಚಿತ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರಿಸುವ ಪರಿ,ಆಗಾದವಾದ ಪುರಾಣ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಪಾಂಡಿತ್ಯದಿಂದ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಮೆರುಗು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಈಶ್ವರ,ರಾಮ,ಕೃಷ್ಣ,ವಿಷ್ಣು,ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳು ಕಲಾಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಚ್ಚಳಿಯದೆ, ಉಳಿಯಬಲ್ಲವು ... ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಕ್ಕೇರದೆ ಮೂರಕ್ಕಿಳಿಯದೆ ಸದಾ ತನ್ನತನವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು,ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತ, ಕಲಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತ ಬಂದ ಇವರಿಗೆ, ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ಶಾಲೆ ಪಾವೂರು ಹರೇಕಳ...ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರ ಹಾಲ್ ಮುಂಬೈ...ಅಭ್ಯುದಯ(ರಿ) ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ...ಕುಂಟಾರು ಮೇಳದ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಬಳಗ ಕಲ್ಲುಗುಡ್ಡೆ... ಜ್ಞಾನಶಕ್ತಿ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಾವಂಜೆ.. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಗಣೇಶೋತ್ಸವ ಸಮಿತಿ ಪುತ್ತೂರು...ದುರ್ಗಾ ಮಿತ್ರ ವೃಂದ ಮೈರ, ಕೇಪು... ಪೆರ್ಲ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಬಳಗ,ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರ ನಗರ,ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು.. ಬಸ್ತಿ ಚೌಟ ದಂಪತಿಗಳ ಷಷ್ಟಬ್ದಿ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಸಂದಿವೆ.. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮೋಹಿನಿ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆದರ್ಶ ದಾಂಪತ್ಯ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ಧನ್ಯಶ್ರೀ, ರಮ್ಯಶ್ರೀ ಮತ್ತು ರೂಪಿತ್ ಎಂಬ ಮೂವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು,ಸುಖ,ಸಂತೃಪ್ತ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಈಶ್ವರಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಸದಾ ಸ್ನೇಹಜೀವಿಯಾದ ಶೆಟ್ಟರು,ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಜನ್ಯದ ಗುಣಗಳಿಂದ ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಲಾವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿಜಯದಶಮಿಯ ಈ ಸುದಿನ ತನ್ನ ಐವತ್ತೈದನೇಯ ಜನ್ಮದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಟೀಲು ಶ್ರೀ ಭ್ರಮರಾಂಬಿಕೆಯೂ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುರಾರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸುಖ,ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಸರ್ವ ಇಷ್ಟಾರ್ಥವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಶುಭಹಾರೈಸುತ್ತ, ಯಕ್ಷಮಂದಾರದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಬ್ಬದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ...🙏 ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ:ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ... ನಿರೂಪಣೆ:ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಮೃತ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ... ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಪರಿಚಯ ಸರಣಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷ💥ಮಂದಾರ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್..ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.. ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷ💥ಮಂದಾರ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಪೇಜ್.. ನ್ನು download ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ..ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು upload ಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ..ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ like ಮಾಡಿ,share ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ... ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ,ಬೆಳೆಸಿ, ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ.. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು🙏🙏🙏

Today's yakshakas are.. Perla Jagannath Shetty, the famous man and dressed in the garments of Tenkutitt, is the artist of Hanumagiri Mela.

He was born on 25.10.1966 as son of Sri Manjayya Shetty and Mrs. Kamalamma Shetty at Katukuku in Kasaragod district.

He was attracted to yakshagana in his early childhood and left his education in the eighth grade, and he took up yakshagana elementary education in Katukuku Kunjnirama Maniani and later under the guidance of gurus Govind Bhatt and Kargal Vishweshwara Bhatt at the Dharmapuri Fine Artcentre, and entered the stage at Kadri Mela in 1981. After serving seven years in Kadri Mela, he has served for thirteen years at Suratkal, five years at Kuntar mela, two years at The Left Water Mela, ten years at Hosanagar Mela and now serveas one of the main attire saints of Hanumagiri Mela for two years.

He has been serving the artmother with sincere devotion for the past four decades and has been in the company of veteran artistes like D.Sheni Gopalkrishna Bhatt, D.Thekkatte Ananda Master, D.Siddakate Chennappa Shetty, Shivaram Jogi, M.K. Ramesh Acharya, Ujire Ashok Asoka Bhatt, Padyana Ganapati Bhatt, Ambaprasad Patala, Banjara Jayaram acharya and others.

He is a very quick artist who can dress and dress with a very attractive dress, and can do two or three at the same exhibition. He is one of the most outstanding performers who can dress up any form of disguise and can play any role in an unavoidable situation.

Clear and smooth speech, beautiful dress, fine dance and mature ranganadu, the ability to portray any character with a discrete character, his legendary knowledge and great scholarship, his characters like Ishwar, Rama, Krishna, Vishnu, Srinivasa, etc. can remain in the minds of the artistes.

ಇದು ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನಗಾಥೆಯ ಅನಾವರಣ.. ಇಂದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಧಕರು.. ಉಭಯತಿಟ್ಟುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಅಭಿನಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಿರಪರಿಚಿತರಾದ ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿ ಎಂ.ಕೆ.ರಮೇಶ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು.. ಶ್ರೀಯುತರು ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕಟ್ಟೆಹಕ್ಲು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಮಂಗಳಗಾರ್ ಎಂಬಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣಯ್ಯ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ರುಕ್ಮಣಿಯಮ್ಮ ದಂಪತಿಗಳ ಎಂಟು ಜನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೆಯವರಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:30.10.1949ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು.. ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಇವರು,ತನ್ನ ಹನ್ನೊಂದನೆಯ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದತ್ತ ಆಕರ್ಷಿತರಾದರು.. ತನ್ನ ದೊಡ್ಡಪ್ಪನ ಮಗನಾದ ನರಸಿಂಹ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯವರು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗದಾಂಬ ಕೃಪಾಪೋಷಿತ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಶಾಲಾಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿಯೆ ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.. ನಂತರ ಗೋಳಿಗರಡಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆಕಟ್ಟಿ ರಂಗಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದ ಇವರು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು..ನಂತರ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ದಿ.ದಶಾವತಾರಿ ವೀರಭದ್ರ ನಾಯ್ಕರಿಂದ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಾರಿಕೆ,ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆ, ನಾಟ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರು..ಅಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಂಕುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ನಾರಾಯಣ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾತಾಳ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣ ಭಟ್ಟರ ಸಾಂಗತ್ಯ ಇವರಿಗೆ ದೊರೆಯಿತು..ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಇವರು ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು..ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರ ಅನುಭವದ ಪರಿಪಕ್ವತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪೂಜ್ಯ ರತ್ನವರ್ಮ ಹೆಗ್ಗಡೆಯವರು ಒಪ್ಪದೆ ಇದ್ದಾಗ, ಹುಡುಗನ ಚುರುಕುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಭಾಗವತರಾದ ಕುರಿಯ ವಿಠ್ಠಲ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯವರು ಹೆಗ್ಗಡೆಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮಳೆಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು..ನಂತರ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ದಿಗ್ಗಜ ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಂದ ಮೆರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುರಿಯ ವಿಠ್ಠಲ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ರಂಗದ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಇವರು, ಮಳೆಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.. ನಂತರ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡ ಇವರು ಆ ಕಾಲದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ವೇಷಧಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕೊಕ್ಕಡ ಈಶ್ವರ ಭಟ್ಟರ ಸಹ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದ ಶೇಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ತೆಕ್ಕಟ್ಟೆಯವರ ಸಾಂಗತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿಬಂದರಲ್ಲದೆ, ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಸ್ವತಿಯ ವರಪುತ್ರರೆಂದೇ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ಶೇಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಗರ ಎದುರು ತಾಳಮದ್ದಳೆಯ ಕೂಟದಲ್ಲೂ ಸಮದಂಡಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲ ಸಿದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.. ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಎರಡು ದಶಕಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ,ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ರಂಗದ ದಿಗ್ಗಜ ಕಲಾವಿದರಲ್ಲೊಬ್ಬರಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇವರು,ನಂತರ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಯುಗಪವರ್ತಕ ದಿ.ಕಾಳಿಂಗ ನಾವಡರ ಒತ್ತಾಯದಿಂದ ಸಾಲಿಗ್ರಾಮ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾದಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಆದರೆ ದುರಾದೃಷ್ಟವಶಾತ್ ನಾವಡರು ಅದೇ ವರ್ಷ ಅಸ್ತಂಗತರಾದರು.. ಸಾಲಿಗ್ರಾಮ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ತಿರುಗಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ,ಪುನ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಐದು ವರ್ಷ ತಿರುಗಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿದರು..ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಮೇಳ ತಿರುಗಾಟ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದಾಗ ಪೆರ್ಡೂರು ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಇವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ,ನೀಲಾವರ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ,ಗುತ್ಯಮ್ಮ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ,ಗೋಳಿಗರಡಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ,ಮಂಗಳಾದೇವಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ,ಸುಂಕದಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ,ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಹನುಮಗಿರಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತೆಂಕು ಮತ್ತು ಬಡಗು ಎಂಬ ಉಭಯತಿಟ್ಟುಗಳ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಭೂಮಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರು,ಪುರಾಣ ಪ್ರಸಂಗಗಳ ಅನುಭವದ ಅಗರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನವೆಂಬ ಕಡಲಿನ, ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಒಡಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿಬಂದ ಅನರ್ಘ್ಯ ರತ್ನವೆಂದರೂ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಲಾರದು...ಕಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದಿ ತೀಡಿ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಕಲಾವಿದರನ್ನಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಕಾಯಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರದ್ದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರ... ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದರೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವೂ ಅಹಂಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ತನ್ನ ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಜನ್ಯದ ಗುಣಗಳಿಂದ ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಜಾತಶತ್ರುವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇವರು, ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿಯಾಗಿ, ತಾಳಮದ್ದಲೆಯ ಅರ್ಥದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ, ಯಕ್ಷಗುರುವಾಗಿ,ಯಕ್ಷ ಚಿಂತಕರಾಗಿ, ಪ್ರಸಂಗಕರ್ತರಾಗಿ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರೌಢಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚುರಪಡಿಸಿದ ಇವರು ಸೋಮವಾರಸಂತೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆ, ಮಹಾಮುನಿ ವಿಬಾಂಡಕ,ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಮಿತ್ರ, ಹನುಮೋದ್ಭವ,ಕಿಗ್ಗ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆ,ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆ,ಕಳಸ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆ,ಮಹಾಮಾತೆ ಕುಂತಿ,ಛತ್ರಪತಿ ಶಿವಾಜಿ, ವೀರರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಸಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು,ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಸಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಪದ್ಯರಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರಕೋಪ್ಪುವ ರೂಪ ಮತ್ತು ಆಳಾಂಗ, ಸುಮದುರವಾದ ಕಂಠ, ಆಗಾದವಾದ ಪ್ರಸಂಗಜ್ಞಾನ, ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾದ ನಾಟ್ಯಶೈಲಿ, ಪ್ರಸಂಗದ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನ್ನು ಮೀರದೆ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸುವ ರಂಗತಂತ್ರ,ಸುಂದರವಾದ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿತಮಿತವಾದ ಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನಾದರೂ ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿ ಕಡೆದಿಡುವ ಇವರು, ನಳ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯ ದಮಯಂತಿ, ರಾಜ ಉಗ್ರಸೇನದ ರುಚಿಮತಿ,ಹರಿಶ್ಚಂದ್ರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ಚಂದ್ರಮತಿ, ಪಾಪಣ್ಣ ವಿಜಯದ ಗುಣಸುಂದರಿ,ವಸ್ತ್ರಾಪಹಾರದ ದ್ರೌಪತಿ,ಪಾಂಚಜನ್ಯದ ಮೃತ್ಯುಮಾಲಿನಿ, ಲಂಕದಹನದ ಸೀತೆ,ವಾಲಿಮೋಕ್ಷದ ತಾರೆ, ಕೀಚಕ ವದೆಯ ಸೈರೆಂದ್ರಿ, ಮಂಡೋದರಿ,ಕುಂತಿ,ಕನ್ಯಾಕುಮಾರಿ, ಚಿತ್ರಾಂಗದೆ, ತಾರಾವಳಿ,ಮೇನಕೆ, ನಾಟ್ಯರಾಣಿ ಶಾಂತಲೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ವೀರ ಶೃಂಗಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾದ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಲೀಲಾಜಾಲವಾಗಿ ರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರುತಪಡಿಸುವ ಇವರು, ಪುರುಷ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಿ ಕಲಾಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಮನಸೂರೆಗೊಳ್ಳಬಲ್ಲ ಅಭಿಜಾತ ಕಲಾವಿದರು.. ಸಾಧನೆಯ ತಪಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣತೆಯ ಮೇರುಪಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಿದ ಇವರು,ತಾನು ಸಾಗಿಬಂದ ಕಠಿಣ ಹಾದಿಯ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗುರುತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆತವರಲ್ಲ..ಮೃದು ಸ್ವಭಾವದ ಸದಾ ಹಸನ್ಮುಖಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಇವರು ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಷ್ಯಸಮೂಹವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಶೇಣಿ ಜನ್ಮಶತಾಬ್ದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಮರಣಾ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ, ಕುರಿಯ ವಿಠ್ಠಲ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ, ಜಾನಪದಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಸ್ಕಂದ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲಾರಂಗ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಅಗರಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ,ಚಂದು ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಮರಣಾ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಕೋಟ ವೈಕುಂಠ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಪಾತಾಳ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಕಡಂದೇಲು ಪುರುಷೋತ್ತಮ ಭಟ್ ಜನ್ಮಶತಾಬ್ದಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಜನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರು ವಿಶಾಲಾಕ್ಷಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನುರೂಪ ದಾಂಪತ್ಯ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ಆಶಾಲತ, ಮನೋಜ ಮತ್ತು ತನುಜ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮೂವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು,ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಮಂಗಳಗಾರ್

This is an exhibition of the achievements and life of yakshaartists.

Today's yakshakas are.. M.K.Ramesh Acharya, a veteran female character of Yaksharanga, who was known for his mature performance in the ubhayatittu.

Srisritha was born on 30.10.1949 as the second of the eight children of Srikrishnayya Acharya and Rukmaniamma at Mangalagar in Kattehaklu village of Tirthahalli taluk.

After completing his primary education, he was attracted to yakshagana at the age of eleven. Inspired by his uncle's son Narasimha Acharya, he started dressing up in the Sri Jagadamba Krishaka Mandal, which was founded by his father.

He then entered the stage with a gazette at Goligaradi Mela and served there for a year. Later he joined The Mandarti Mela and got knowledge of yakshagana footprints, dancing, dance and speech from Dasavatari Veerbhadra Nayak. There he was found the association of Puttur Narayana Hegde and Patala Venkataramana Bhatt, the famous artistof Tenkutitt. He served for three years and joined dharmapuri next year. When the venerable Ratnavarma Hegde refused to join the mela due to the lack of experience, senior Bhagavata Vitthal Sastry, who had noticed the boy's skill, spoke to Hegde and gave him complete yakshagana training at his home during the rainy season. He then gained full knowledge of the field under the guidance of Vitthal Shastri of Kuri in the Dharmapuri Mela, which was being held by the great artists for three years, and worked hard to get all the habits he needed to do the stage in the rainy season.

Later, he joined the Suratkal Mela and served as a female lead in the co-role of the famous Sridevi-costumed Cockkada Ishwara Bhatt, who was a perfect artist in the company of veteran artistes Sheni and Thekkate, and also in the talamadadala kuta of Samagara and Sheni, who is also known as Saraswathi's sons in yakshasranga. He served for a long period of two decades in the Suratkal Mela and was recognized as one of the great artistes of yakshagana, and later, at the insistence of Yakshagana Yugavartaka D.Kalinga Navada, he entered the Saligramam mela, unfortunately, but unfortunately, the same year. He roamed the Saligramam Mela for two years and joined the Puna Suratkal Mela for five years. At that time, when suratkal mela stopped, he joined the Perdur mela for two years at Neelavar mela, two years at The Nilavar Mela, one year at Goligaradi Mela, three years at The Goligaradi Mela, two years at Mangaladevi Mela, one year at Sunkakate, and now serving as a female lead in Hanumagiri Mela.

The character is a live lyric, a damayant, a beautiful, beautiful dress and a beautiful speech, a lively, beautiful, and a damayanti of history. The heroic and bold characters are the ruchimati of King Uragasena, Harishchandra Mahatma's Chandramati, Papanna Vijaya's Gunasundari, Droopathi of Vastrapahara, Panchjanya's Death Malini, Sita of Lankadahana, Valimoksha Star, Keechaka Vadeya Sirendri, Mandori, Kunti, Kanyakumari, Chitrangade, Taravali, Meenake, Natyarani Shantale. The artists who can play male characters equally well and impress the artistes.  

He had gone on the path of perfection by austerity and had not forgotten the hard track streak. She has three children, Ashalatha, Manojand Tanuja, who lived in a conjugal marriage with Vishalakshi and is currently in Mangalagar in Tirthahalli taluk.

He has mastered the stage with his own unique style and is playing the roles krishna, vishnu, chandrahasa, sudhanva, sudarshana, barbarika, sudhira, abhimanyu, lohitanetra, devavruta, vrishasena, lava, kusha, babruvahana etc. He has gained popularity with his sharp and speech-style, which is a brilliant mananda and sasikala kirti. He has toured with veteran artists like Irbailu Ananda Shetty, Sukumar Suvarna, Heeramakki Subraya Bhagavata, Sudhakar Kothari, Yelaberu Sekhar Shetty, Flute Krishna Shetty, Anantha Kulal, Ananda Uppanakudru, Shankar Devadiga, Golikere Chandra Gowda and others. ಇಂದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಯುವ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಧಕರು..ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದ ಸವ್ಯಸಾಚಿ ಕಲಾವಿದ ಮಧುಕರ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಮಡಾಮಕ್ಕಿ.. ಇವರು ಶ್ರೀ ತಿಮ್ಮಪ್ಪ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರತ್ನ ಹೆಗ್ಗಡ್ತಿಯವರ ಪುತ್ರನಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:8.10.1997ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಡಾಮಕ್ಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು.. ಇವರು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಮಡಾಮಕ್ಕಿ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿ,ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಬೆಳಂಜೆ ಹೆರ್ಗ ವಿಠಲ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದರು..ನಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಹೆಬ್ರಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಇವರು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿ, ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಟೇಲನಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡಿದರು.. ಬಾಗವತರಾದ ಸಂತೋಷ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಆರ್ಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆರಂಜಾಲು ಗೋಪಾಲ ಗಾಣಿಗರ ಪ್ರಭಾವಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ,ಶಾಲಾ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಮಿತವಾದ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ತಳೆದಿದ್ದ ಇವರು ಒಂಬತ್ತನೆಯ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತಿರುವ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬಿಡುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಡಾಮಕ್ಕಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತ, ಶ್ರೀ ವೀರಭದ್ರನ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತ ಬಂದ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡಿಯಲು ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಯಿತು..ನಂತರ ತನ್ನ ಅಮ್ಮನ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಇವರು ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು,ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ಕೃಷ್ಣಯ್ಯ ಆಚಾರ್ ಬಿದ್ಕಲ್ಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಬಾಗವತಿಕೆಯ ತಾಳ,ಲಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಂಡೆವಾದನದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು.. ನಂತರ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಥಮ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪುಟ್ಟ ವೇಷವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ ಇವರು,ಎರಡನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗೀತಗಾರನಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು.. ಮೂರನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂಡೆವಾದಕರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.. ದಿ.ನಗರ ಸುಬ್ರಮಣ್ಯ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ,ಸದಾಶಿವ ಅಮೀನ್,ನಾಗೇಶ ಕುಲಾಲ್ ನಾಗರಕೊಡಿಗೆ,ಆಜ್ರಿ ಗೋಪಾಲ ಗಾಣಿಗ,ಹಾರಾಡಿ ಸರ್ವೋತಮ ಗಾಣಿಗ,ಹಾರಾಡಿ ರಮೇಶ ಗಾಣಿಗ, ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಕಾನಗೋಡು,ನಗರ ಅಣ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ಬೆಳ್ವೆ ಗಣೇಶ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ಬೆಪ್ಡೆ ಗಣಪತಿ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಬೆಳಂಜೆ,ಗುಂಡಿಬೈಲ್ ಗಣಪತಿ ಭಟ್ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇವರು,ತನ್ನ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ಮಹೇಶ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿಯವರು,ತನ್ನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಹಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಸರಳ ಸೌಜನ್ಯದ ಗುಣಗಳಿಂದ ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿರುವ ಇವರು,ತನ್ನ ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಯಾಶೀಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸವ್ಯಸಾಚಿ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು,ಮೇಳದ ಪ್ರಬಂದಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಹಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿಬರುತಿದ್ದು,ಕಲಾರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಆಕಾಸದೆತ್ತರಕ್ಕೇರಲಿ,ಇವರಿಗೆ ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಆ ಜಗನ್ಮಾತೆ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ದುರ್ಗಾಪರಮೇಶ್ವರಿಯೂ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿ, ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಇವರ ಮುಡಿಗೇರಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಯಕ್ಷಮಂದಾರದ ಶುಭಹಾರೈಕೆ.. ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ:ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ.. ನಿರೂಪಣೆ:ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಮೃತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ.. ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಪರಿಚಯ ಸರಣಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳು ನಮ್ಮಯಕ್ಷ💥ಮಂದಾರ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್..ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.. ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷ💥ಮಂದಾರ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಪೇಜ್.. ನ್ನು download ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ..ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು upload ಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ..ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ like ಮಾಡಿ,share ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ... ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ,ಬೆಳೆಸಿ, ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ.. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು This is the exhibition of the achievements and life of yakshaartists... Today's young yakshaganas are.. Madhukar Hegde Madamaki, the yaksharanga savyasachi artist. He was born on 8.10.1997 at Madamakki as the son of Sri Hegde and Nagaratna Hegde. He completed his primary education at Madamakki Government High School and obtained his higher secondary education at Belje Herga Vithal Shetty High School. Later he graduated from the Government Undergraduate College Hebrew to secondary PUC and completed his education and worked in a hotel in Mangalore for two years. Under the influence of Bhagavatha santosh kumar rdi and heranjalu gopala ganiga, he was infinitely interested in yakshagana in his school life and had been in the ninth grade, doing a small role in the Madamakki mela for four years in a row, and serving sri veerbhadra, he was obstructed from working in the hotel. Later, he joined the Mandarthi Yakshagana Kendra and took the education of the yakshagana kendra gurukrishnayya achar bidkalkate and mahesh kumar mandarthi, the tall, rhythmandanda of bagavati. Later he joined The Mandarti Mela and performed a small dress in the first year and joined the second year as a musician. In the third year he served as a chandelier. He has admired the great artistes like D Nagar Subramanya Acharya, Sadashiv Amin, Nagesh Kulal Nagarkode, Ajri Gopal Ganiga, Haradi Sarvothama Ganiga, Haradi Ramesh Ganiga, Parameshwara Nayak Kanagodu, Nagar Annappa Shetty, Bepde Ganapati Shetty, Prabhakar Shetty Belje, Gundibail Ganapati Bhatt and others. ಇದು ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನಗಾಥೆಯ ಅನಾವರಣ.. ಇಂದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಧಕರು ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸುಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿ, ಸೌಕೂರು ಮೇಳದ ಕಲಾವಿದ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕುದ್ರು ಆನಂದ ರಾವ್.. ಇವರು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕುದ್ರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ ಶೇರುಗಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೇಮಾ ಬಾಯಿ ಇವರ ಪುತ್ರನಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:26.06.1971ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು ಇವರು ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕುದ್ರು ಮತ್ತು ತಲ್ಲೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕುದ್ರು ಬಾಸ್ಕರ ಕಾಮತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಮ್ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ತನ್ನ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನೇಯ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆಕಟ್ಟಿ ರಂಗಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದರು..ನಂತರ ಯಕ್ಷಭೀಷ್ಮ ದಿ.ಎಂ.ಎಂ.ಹೆಗ್ಡೆಯವರ ಯಜಮಾನಿಕೆಯ ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದ ಅವರು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಹದಿನೆಂಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.. ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತ ಆಗಿನ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರದಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮಾರ್ಗೋಳಿ ಗೋವಿಂದ ಶೇರುಗಾರ್, ಎಂ.ಎ ನಾಯ್ಕ,ಕೊಳ್ಯೂರು ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ರಾವ್,ಎಂ.ಕೆ.ರಮೇಶ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ,ಅರಾಟೆ ಮಂಜುನಾಥರ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಿಂದ ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸುಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಸ್ತ್ರೀವೇಷಧಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡರು.ನಂತರ ಪೆರ್ಡೂರು,ನೀಲಾವರ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನಃ ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಇವರು, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸೌಕೂರು ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವೀರ ಶೃಂಗಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸುವ ಇವರು, ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ಮೂಕಾಂಬಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ದೇವಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಅಭಿನಯದಿಂದ ಜನಮನ್ನಣೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಆಳಾಂಗ, ಶ್ರುತಿಬದ್ದವಾದ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಶೈಲಿಯಿಂದ ಗರತಿ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಠಮಟ್ಟದ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಇವರು,ಚಂದ್ರಮತಿ,ರುಚಿಮತಿ,ಸೀತೆ, ದಮಯಂತಿ,ಮಂಡೋದರಿ,ಸೈರೆಂದ್ರಿ, ಚಿತ್ರಾಂಗದೆ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧತೆಯ ಬಾವಾಭಿನಯದಿಂದ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೇರಿಸಿದ ಕೀರ್ತಿಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಂಗನಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರದಾರಿ ಎಂ.ಎ ನಾಯ್ಕರ ಪಡಿಯಚ್ಛನ್ನು ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.. ದಿ.ಎಂ.ಎಂ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆಯವರ ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಗರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಳಗಿರುವ ಇವರು,ಆಧುನಿಕತೆಯತ್ತ ಮುಖ ಮಾಡದೆ,ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಶೈಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸಾಗಿ,ನಡುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸ್ತ್ರೀವೇಷಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಮೆರುಗನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ.. ದಿಟ್ಟ ನಿಲುವಿನ ಅಂಬೆ,ಜ್ವಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಕೇಯಿ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸುವ ಇವರು, ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಜೋಡಾಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಸೆವೇಷಗಳಾದ ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಮದನಾಕ್ಷಿ,ಪದ್ಮಗಂದಿನಿ, ತಾರಾವಳಿ, ಶಶಿಪ್ರಭೆ,ಸುಭದ್ರೆ,ದ್ರೌಪತಿ ಮೊದಲಾದ ವೀರಾವೇಶದ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬ್ಬರಿಸುತ್ತ,ಎದುರಿನ ಪಾತ್ರಧಾರಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಪೈಪೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.. ಕರಾವಳಿ ಮಲೆನಾಡು ಉತ್ತರಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮುಂಬೈ ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಕಡೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ, ಅಪಾರ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮನ್ನಣೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿರುವ ಇವರಿಗೆ ದಿ.ಎಂ.ಎಂ.ಹೆಗಡೆ ಸಂಸ್ಮರಣ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ,ಮೇಲ್ ಹೊಸೂರು ಸಾದಮ್ಮ ಶೆಡ್ತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿಂದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಗೌರವಗಳು ಸಂದಿವೆ.. ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಕಾಲಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಬದ್ದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಖ್ಯಾತನಾಮರಾದ ಇವರು, ನೆಲ್ಲೂರು ಮರಿಯಪ್ಪ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ, ಕಕ್ಕುಂಜೆ ಅನಂತ ಕುಲಾಲ,ಐರ್ಬೈಲು ಆನಂದ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗೋಪಾಲ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ, ಉಮೇಶ ಸುವರ್ಣ, ಸುಧಾಕರ ಕೊಠಾರಿ, ಕೋಡಿ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಗಾಣಿಗ,ಆಲೂರು ಸುರೇಂದ್ರ, ಬ್ರಹ್ಮೆರಿ ಶೀನ,ಯಳಬೇರು ಶೇಖರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಕೊಳಲಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಾಟವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ:15.04.1988 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಾಂಪತ್ಯ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲಿರಿಸಿದ ಇವರು,ಪುತ್ರ ಆಸ್ತಿಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪುತ್ರಿ ಆಶ್ರಿತ್..ರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕುದ್ರುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ... ಇವರಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಲಿಂಗೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯೂ ಸುಖ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿ,ಆರೋಗ್ಯ,ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿ,ಕಲಾರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಬೆಳಗಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಯಕ್ಷಮಂದಾರದ ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಕೆ.. ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ:ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ.. ನಿರೂಪಣೆ: ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಮೃತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಪರಿಚಯ ಸರಣಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳು ನಮ್ಮಯಕ್ಷ ಮಂದಾರ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್..ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.. ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷ💥ಮಂದಾರ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಪೇಜ್.. ನ್ನು download ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ..ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು upload ಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ..ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ like ಮಾಡಿ,share ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ... ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ,ಬೆಳೆಸಿ, ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ.. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು🙏🙏🙏

This is an exhibition of the achievements and life of yakshaartists.

Our yakshaganas today are the famous elder female character of Badaguthitt, the artist uppinakudru ananda rao of Saukur mela.

He was born on 26.06.1971 as the son of Sri Lakshmana Shergar and Prema Bai of Uppanakudru village in Kundapur taluk of Udupi district.

After completing his primary education at Uppanakudru and Thallur, he took yakshagana education from Baskar Kamath and Hemmadi Prabhakar Acharya and entered the stage at the age of twenty at sri kshetra haladi mela. Later, he joined the Maranakate Mela, owned by Yakshasbhishma D.M.Hegde, where he served for a long period of eighteen years. He was the leading female character of marankate mela and was the leading female character of The Maranakate, m.a. Naik, Koluyur Ramachandra Rao, M.K.Ramesh Acharya, Araate Manjunatha. Later, he served in The Maranakate Mela, Perdur, Neelavara and the other women in the Saukur Mela. He plays the heroic and bold characters and is well known for her mature performance in the role of Mahatma Mukambike and Sridevi in the role of Mahatma.

He has given the characters the highest level of justice with a beautiful lyric, sruti- and clear-spoken style, and has been credited with elevating the characters like Chandramati, Ruchimati, Seetha, Damayanti, Mandodari, Sirendri, Chitrangde and others to the highest level of his maturity. The role of the elder feminine in the attire, speech and the rangade, is recognized by m.a. Nayak. He is a disciplined man and has been credited with his traditional style and gave a special glory to the women's disguise.
He played a bold role like Ambe, Flame and Kaikeyi, and in the past, he roared in the heroic roles like Meenakshi, Madanakshi, Padmagandini, Taravali, Sasiprabhe, Subhadra, Draupathi and gave the opposite character a competitive competition.

He has been awarded the D.M.M.Hegde Memorial Award, Honour edited by the Sadamma Seddi family, including the honour saga city of Kerala, karnataka, karnataka, mumbai, hyderabad etc.

He is a famous orthodox female character in the yakshagana, and has travelled with veteran artistes like Nellore Mariappa Acharya, Kakunje Anantha Kulala, Irbailu Ananda Shetty, Tirthahalli Gopalacharya, Sudhakar Kothari, Kodi Vishwanath Ganiga, Alur Surendra, Brahmari Sheena, Yalaberu Sekharshetty, Kooli Krishna Shetty etc.

ಇದು ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನಗಾಥೆಯ ಅನಾವರಣ.. ಇಂದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಧಕರು..ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಬಯಲಾಟ ಮೇಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಶೈಲಿಯ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ಹಾಸ್ಯಾಭಿನಯದಿಂದ ಅತಿ ಕಿರಿಯ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯತೆಯ ಉತ್ತುಂಗಕ್ಕೇರಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದ ಸತೀಶ ಮೊಗವೀರ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ.. ಇವರು ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಹಾರ್ರಮಕ್ಕಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮೊಗವೀರ ಮತ್ತು ಗಂಗಾ ಇವರ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಜನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿರಿಯ ಮಗನಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:10.07.1984ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳನೆಯ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಬ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಇವರು ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹೈಸ್ಕೂಲನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದರು...ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಟನೆಯ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ಇವರು,ತನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದಾಯ ಹೇಳಿ,ಇವರ ಅಣ್ಣನಾದ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಅವರು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳದ ಕ್ಯಾ0ಟಿನ್ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು...ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಬೆಳಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಇವರು ಅಣ್ಣ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದ ವಂಡಾರು ಗೋವಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಾಜ ಅವರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಕೊಡಂಗಿ ವೇಷದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಂಡರು... ಇವರ ತಂದೆ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರು ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಪುಂಡು ವೇಷಧಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರು...ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಪೂರಕ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ,ತಂದೆಯವರು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತ ಬೆಳೆದ ಇವರು ತಿರುಗಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಒಡನಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ, ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಾರಿಕೆ, ವೇಷಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತ, ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಕರಗತಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಲಿತ ಏಕಲವ್ಯನಂತೆ ಬೆಳೆದು ನಿಂತರು... ಇವರು ಸರಿಯಾದ ತಾಳ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯದಿದ್ದರೂ ಲಯಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕುಣಿದು ಪಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಬಲ್ಲವರು.... ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ,ಸೌಕೂರು ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದ ಇವರು,ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ಪುನಃ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಲಗೋಪಾಲ ವೇಷಧಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದರು...ಹೀಗೆ ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ವೇಷವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತ,ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಇವರು,ಮೇಳದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಹಾಸ್ಯಗಾರರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕ್ಯಾದಗೆ ಮಹಾಬಲೇಶ್ವರ ಭಟ್ಟರು ವಠಾರ ಧಾರಾವಾಹಿಯ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದಾಗ,ಅವರು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ನಾಗಮಣಿ ಚಂದ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಸಂಗದ ಕಾಂಚನ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ ಸೈ ಎನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು...ಮಹಾಬಲೇಶ್ವರ ಭಟ್ಟರು ಮೇಳ ಬಿಟ್ಟ ನಂತರ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಹಾಸ್ಯಗಾರರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದರು....ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಇವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಆರು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ... ಅತಿ ಕಿರಿಯ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಹಾಸ್ಯಗಾರನಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇವರು ಚಂದ್ರಾವಳಿ ವಿಲಾಸದ ಅತ್ತೆ,ಚಿತ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಅಜ್ಜಿ,ಶಶಿಪ್ರಭಾ ಪರಿಣಯದ ದೂತಿ, ದೇವಿಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ದೂತ,ಕವಿರತ್ನ ಕಾಳಿದಾಸದ ಕಾಳ,ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಜೋಗಿದಾಸ,ಕನಕಾಂಗಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ದೂತ,ಶನಿ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ನಂದಿ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ಶ್ವೇತಕುಮಾರ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯ ಪ್ರೇತ,ಬೇಡರ ಕಣ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಪ್ರಸಂಗದ ಕಾಶಿಮಾಣಿ,ಕೃಷ್ಣವಿಜಯದ ವಿಜಯ,ಕೀಚಕ ವದೆಯ ವಿಜಯ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಹಾಸ್ಯಪಾತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನಗೆಗಡಲಲ್ಲಿ ತೇಲಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ನಿಪುಣ ಕಲಾವಿದರು.ಪುಂಡುವೇಷಗಳಾದ ದೇವಿಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ಚಂಡ ಮುಂಡ, ರಾಮ ದರ್ಶನದ ಮೈಂದದ್ವಿವಿದ,ಅಭಿಮನ್ಯು ಕಾಳಗದ ದುಶ್ಶಾಸನ,ರೇಣುಕಾ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ಪರಶುರಾಮ ಮೊದಲಾದ ವೀರೋಚಿತ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ,ಕನಕಾಂಗಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಕೃಷ್ಣನಂತಹ ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇವರು,ಶಶಿಪ್ರಭಾ ಪರಿಣಯದ ಕಮಲಗಂದಿನಿ,ಚಂದ್ರಾವಳಿ ವಿಲಾಸದ ಚಂದ್ರಾವಳಿ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಪಾತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ ಯಕ್ಷರಂಗದ ಸವ್ಯಸಾಚಿ ಕಲಾವಿದನಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.... ದೈನಂದಿನ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ,ರಾಜಕೀಯದ ವಿದ್ಯಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು, ತನ್ನ ತಿಳಿಹಾಸ್ಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಚುರಗೊಳಿಸಿ ರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸ್ಯಸುದೆಯನ್ನು ಹರಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರು..ರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಯಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.... ಇವರು ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದ ಹಾರಾಡಿ ಸರ್ವ ಗಾಣಿಗ,ಕಟ್ಟಿನಬೈಲು ಶಿವರಾಮ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಕೊಠಾರಿ ನಾಯ್ಕನಕಟ್ಟೆ,ಹೊಳೆಕೊಪ್ಪ ಜಯಾನಂದ,ಸೌಕೂರು ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಿ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಗಾಣಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸ್ಯಗಾರ ಆವರ್ಶೆ ಚಂದ್ರ ಕುಲಾಲರು ನೀಡಿದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಹಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ಮರಿಸುವ ಇವರು,ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಅನೇಕ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಾಟವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ,ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ... ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಶೈಲಿಯಿಂದ ಅಪಾರ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿರುವ ಇವರು ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಗಣೇಶೋತ್ಸವ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಲಾಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟೂರ ಸನ್ಮಾನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಮುಂಬೈ ಮತ್ತು ಆನಂದಪುರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಕಡೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ... ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿಯವರನ್ನು ಬಾಳಸಂಗಾತಿಯಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ,ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಮುದ್ದುಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಇವರು ಸಂತೃಪ್ತ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಇವರ ಮುಂದಿನ ವೈಯುಕ್ತಿಕ ಬದುಕು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಾಜೀವನ ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿ ಸಾಗಲಿ...ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ, ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಗಳು ಇವರ ಮುಡಿಗೇರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹಾರೈಸುತ್ತ,ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀ ದುರ್ಗಾಪರಮೇಶ್ವರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಳುಚಿಕ್ಕು ದೇವಿಯೂ ಇವರ ಬಾಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕು ನೀಡಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಯಕ್ಷಮಂದಾರದ ಶುಭಹಾರೈಕೆ.. ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ:ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ... ನಿರೂಪಣೆ:ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಮೃತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ.. ಮಾಹಿತಿ:ಸಂದೇಶ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರು ಆರ್ಡಿ.. ವಿಡಿಯೋ:ಶರತ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಜಂಬೂರು...

Satish Mogaveera Haladi, the leading comedians who rose to popularity at a young age with his unique style of humor in the open air fairs. He was born on 10.07.1984 as the youngest son of four children of Haladi Harramakki Krishna Mogaveera and Ganga After completing his education in haladi high school up to seventh standard, he joined the Government High School in Haladi to get higher education... He passed the eighth grade and left his student life and joined the canteen of the Haladi Mela run by dinesh, his elder brother. He was interested in yakshagana performances and joined the haladi mela as a guzzle and kodangi dressing up as an elder brother Dinesh and artistes Vandaru Govinda and Nagaraja. His father Haladi Krishna was known as a famous son of the... He grew up in the field of Yakshagana, who was a teacher, and he was a master of yakshagana, and he was a teacher in the field of yakshagana, in the company of senior artistes, who were interested in yakshagana training. They are not able to get the right rhythm knowledge but they can do justice to the character. After serving for one year at the Haladi Mela, he joined the Saukur Mela, after two years of service and then returned to haladi mela in the garb of Balagopal. ಇದು ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನಗಾಥೆಯ ಅನಾವರಣ. ಇಂದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಧಕರು.. ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಹಿರಿಯ ಚಂಡೆವಾದಕರಾದ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಕಾಮತ್. ಶ್ರೀಯುತರು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಧ ಬಾಯಿ ದಂಪತಿಗಳ ಮಗನಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:14.07.1960ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು.. ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದ ಮದ್ದಳೆವಾದಕರಾದ ಸುರುಗಿಕಟ್ಟೆ ಬಸವ ಗಾಣಿಗರಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಳ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಇವರು ಕೊಲ್ಲೂರು ಕೊಗ್ಗು ಗಾಣಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಚಂಡೆಯ ಜನಕ ಕೆಮ್ಮಣ್ಣು ಆನಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂಡೆಯ ಆಳವಾದ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಂಗಿ ವೇಷದಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ರಂಗಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಬಾಲಗೋಪಾಲ ವೇಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತ ಚಂಡೆವಾದನದ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಇವರು ನಂತರ ಕಮಲಶಿಲೆ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿ.ಎಂ.ಎಂ ಹೆಗಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ದಿ. ಕೆಮ್ಮಣ್ಣು ಆನಂದರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಚಂಡೆವಾದಕರಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು..ನಂತರಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿ ಏಳು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಚಂಡೆವಾದಕರಾಗಿ ದುಡಿದರು..ನಂತರ ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸುಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದ ಡೇರೆ ಮೇಳವಾದ ಸಾಲಿಗ್ರಾಮ ಮೇಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು..ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ದಿ. ಕಾಳಿಂಗನಾವಡರ ಭಾಗವತಿಕೆ,ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ ಭಂಡಾರಿಯವರ ಮದ್ದಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇವರ ಚಂಡೆವಾದನದಿಂದ ಹಿಮ್ಮೇಳದ ವೈಭವವನ್ನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕರಿಸಿದರು... ಕುಂದಾಪುರದ ಆಡುಬಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ "ನಿನ್ನ ಮಂಡೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿಯವರ ಚಂಡೆ ಮಾರಾಯ" ಅಂಥ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಹಾಸ್ಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮಾಷೆ ಮಾಡುವಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ...ಪದ್ಯದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಡಚಣೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ನಯ ನಾಜೂಕಿನಿಂದ ಚಂಡೆಯನ್ನು ನುಡಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅನುಪಮವಾದದ್ದು.... ಚಂಡೆಯ ಶ್ರುತಿ ಇಳಿಸಿದಾಗ ನಾದ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಹುಸಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಇವರು,ಇಳಿಶ್ರುತಿಯ ಬಾಗವತರು ಹಾಡುವಾಗಲೂ ಚಂಡೆಯ ನಾದವನ್ನು ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಿಸಬಲ್ಲರು...ಶೃಂಗಾರ, ವೀರ,ಕರುಣರಸದ ಪದ್ಯಗಳಿಗೂ ರಸಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಚಂಡೆ ನುಡಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಸಿದ್ಧಿ ಸಾಧಕರಿವರು...ಚಂಡೆಯ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಚಂಡೆಯ ಒಳಹೊರಗನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತರು... ಮಧ್ಯರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿದ್ದೆಯ ಮಂಪರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಅಬ್ಬರದ ಚಂಡೆಯ ಝೇಂಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬಡಿದೆಬ್ಬಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರು ಚಂಡೆಯ ಅಬ್ಬರದಿಂದಲೇ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಪಾದಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚುರುಕು ಮೂಡಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಚಂಡೆವಾದಕರು.. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವೃತ್ತಿ ತಿರುಗಾಟದಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗಿ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ್ಣುಕಾಯಿ ಅಂಗಡಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇವರು,ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಒತ್ತಾಯದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಥಿ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ... ತನ್ನ ಅಪಾರ ಸಿದ್ಧಿಯಿಂದ ದೇಶವಿದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿ, ಅಪಾರ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮನ್ನಣೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾದ ಇವರು,ದಿ.ಕಾಳಿಂಗ ನಾವಡ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ, ನಿಟ್ಟೂರು ಭೋಜಪ್ಪ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮುಡಿಗೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ತನ್ನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು,ಸರಳತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಯಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಇವರು ಕಲಾವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಹಾಸ್ಯಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಜಾತಶತ್ರುವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರು.. ಶ್ರೀಯುತರು ಪತ್ನಿ ,ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪುತ್ರ ರಾಜೇಶ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಇವರಿಗೆ ಮಂದಾರ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀ ದುರ್ಗಾಪರಮೇಶ್ವರಿ ಅಮ್ಮನವರು ಆಯುರಾರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸುಖ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಿ,ಇವರ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಜೀವನವು ಸುಖಮಯವಾಗಿ ಸಾಗಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಯಕ್ಷಮಂದಾರದ ಶುಭಹಾರೈಕೆ... ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ:ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ. ನಿರೂಪಣೆ:ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಮೃತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ. Mr. Was born on 14.07.1960 as the son of Mandarthi Padmanabhayya and Radha Bai in Udupi district. He gained the knowledge of tala among the famous madalavadakars, Surugikate Basava, and he practiced the deep esteem of Chande in Kokku Ganiga and Chande janaka kemmannu ananda. After entering the stage as a kodangi at the Mandarti Mela for the first time, he made his film debut with Balgopal and took interest in Chandewada and later in the Kamalashilmela, D.M.M. Hegde and The. He became a chandelier on the advice of Ananda. Then he joined the Maranakatte Mela and worked as a chandelier for seven years. Then he joined the Saligramam Mela, the famous tent mela of Badaguthitt. There, for ten years. Kalingavada's bhagavataka, Prabhakar Bhandari's madale and his chandevadana made him the glory of the himmela... Ramanna has retained popularity in the goat-language of Kundapur a "Your Mande i.e. Mandarthi's Chande Maraya" to make such a joke to those who are wise... Today's yakshakas are.. The oldest customary disguise of the badgutittis, the best ganigas. Mr. Krishna Ganiga and Gopamma were born on 10.07.1955 at Haradi Salimakki in Brahmavartaluk of Udupi district. He received primary education and later became a passionate yakshagana, learnt yakshagana footprints in Yakshagana guru D.Dasavatari Veerbhadra Nayak, learnt the rhythm of tala by Hiriyadakka Gopalaraya and Neelavara Ramakrishnayya and entered the stage at Kota Amritswari Mela. Later, he served at Mandarti, Maranakate, Katilu, Kamalashila, Saligramam, Saukur and Haladi and is currently serving at The Mandarti Mela. He has been serving the Yaksha Kalamatta for over fifty-two years and is a close associate of The Haradi Rama Ganigar, a proponent of the Haradi and Matapadi style, and one of the purely orthodox artists of Badgutti, is a veteran artist who has a linguistic and rhythmic character in the traditional framework. With a lot of mythology with certain rhythm, he has been credited with enhancing the character's glory by playing the roles of Sudhanva, Abhimanyu, Durjaya, Bhima, Kaurava Rudrakopa, Krishna, Babruvahana, Arjuna, Balarama and others. He is credited with enhancing the value of the episode by handling the roles of the modern episodes like Ratnasri, Rupasree and Banashankari. He has spread the scent of yakshagana not only in Kannada but also across the ocean, and he has been credited with performing yakshagana in the US, Germany, California, Hong Kong, Canada, Switzerland, France and other countries. The best and most honest artistes who have been honoured with the udupi district award, yakshagana parampara award, yakshagana academy award, kala prakash akademi award, kala prakash foundation mumbai, honored by kodi fan club, barkur unit of district somakshatriya, honored by barkur unit of district somakshatri, honored by the family of hosamatlasamy priest.
