Today, our yakshagana sadhakas are a disciple of yakshagana who is a young audience who is a man of the young talents who are doing their duty and hard work and are making a mark in the ranks of young talents. Mr. Sivaramshetty and Jalajamma Shetty were born on 10.01.1978 at Vataru near Yadamoge in Kundapur taluk of Udupi district. He was attracted to Yakshagana in his early childhood and bid farewell to his fourth grade education, learned the footwork and costume of Yakshagana among the veteran Yakshagana artistes, Kochchadi Rama Devadiga, and tied the knot at the Kamalasheelmemela of Narayan Shetty's mastery at the age of seventeen. He then served at Madamakki and Mandarti Mela and has been serving as a male and a spooky dresser for the past thirteen years. With a charming and beautiful look, he is a unique artist who can attract the audience with clear and smooth speech, beautiful dressand a loving dance style. . He has mastered the stage with his own unique style and is playing the roles krishna, vishnu, chandrahasa, sudhanva, sudarshana, barbarika, sudhira, abhimanyu, lohitanetra, devavruta, vrishasena, lava, kusha, babruvahana etc. He has gained popularity with his sharp and speech-style, which is a brilliant mananda and sasikala kirti. He has toured with veteran artists like Irbailu Ananda Shetty, Sukumar Suvarna, Heeramakki Subraya Bhagavata, Sudhakar Kothari, Yelaberu Sekhar Shetty, Flute Krishna Shetty, Anantha Kulal, Ananda Uppanakudru, Shankar Devadiga, Golikere Chandra Gowda and others. He has performed not only in the coastal and malaria regions but also in Bangalore and Hubli and has also performed in the UAE. He has imbibed discipline and courtesy in his professional and personal life and has shown his talentthroughout the country and has a large audience and has won many awards. She is holding the hands of Mrs. Ambika as a companion of domestic life and has two lovely children Dhanya and Dhanush and leads a satisfying life.
