ಇದು ಯಕ್ಷಕಲಾವಿದರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನಗಾಥೆಯ ಅನಾವರಣ.. ಇಂದಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷಸಾಧಕರು ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ವೇಷಧಾರಿ, ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳದ ಕಲಾವಿದ ನಾಗೂರು ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ದೇವಾಡಿಗರು... ಇವರು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬೈಂದೂರು ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕಿರಿಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನಾಗೂರಿನ ಕಬ್ಬಾಗಿಲು ಎಂಬಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ತಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾವೇರಿ ದಂಪತಿಗಳ ಪುಣ್ಯಗರ್ಬಾಂಭುದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪುತ್ರನಾಗಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು.. ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಕಿರಿಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಇವರು ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ1982ರಲ್ಲಿ ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು.. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಲತಡಿಯ ಭಾರ್ಗವ ಕೀರ್ತಿಶೇಷ ದಿ.ಶಿವರಾಮ ಕಾರಂತರಿಂದ ನಾಟ್ಯಾಬ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಹೆರಂಜಾಲು ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣ ಗಾಣಿಗರಿಂದ ತಾಳ ಲಯದ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರು..ನಂತರ 1983ರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಕ್ಷಭೀಷ್ಮ ಎಂ.ಎಂ.ಹೆಗ್ಡೆಯವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಇವರು ಸುದೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿ ಮೂವತ್ತೇಳು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಳವೊಂದರಲ್ಲೆ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಶುದ್ಧ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಬದ್ದ ನಾಟ್ಯಶೈಲಿ, ಶುದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಠವಾದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಗಂಭೀರವಾದ ರಂಗನಡೆ,ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಚೇತನಗೊಳಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಚಾಣಾಕ್ಷಮತಿತ್ವ.. ರಂಗದ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಮೀರದೆ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಇವರ ರಂಗಕೌಶಲ್ಯದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬಡಗುತಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಶುದ್ಧ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಬದ್ದ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಚಂದ್ರಹಾಸ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯ ದುಷ್ಟಬುದ್ಧಿ, ಕರ್ಣಾರ್ಜುನದ ಶಲ್ಯ,ರತಿಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಕಮಲಭೂಪ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಂಡ್ಲಿಕ, ಗದಾಯುದ್ಧದ ಕೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ಭೀಮ, ಸುದರ್ಶನ ವಿಜಯದ ಶತೃಪ್ರಸೂಧನ, ಕಾರ್ತ್ಯವೀರ್ಯ, ರುಕ್ಮಭೂಪ, ಸುಂದರರಾವಣ, ಬಲರಾಮ, ಯಮ, ರಕ್ತಜಂಘ,ಮಧು, ಕೈಟಬ,ಕೀಚಕ, ಭದ್ರಸೇನ, ರಾಮ,ಮಹಿಷಾಸುರ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಪಾತ್ರ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಹು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆ,ಶ್ರೀ ದೇವಿಮಹಾತ್ಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಪ್ಪಣ್ಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮಹಾತ್ಮೆಯ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಮುದ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೂಡ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ರವೀಂದ್ರ ಕಲಾಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮಹಿಷಾಸುರನ ಪಾತ್ರ ಅಪಾರ ಜನಮನ್ನಣೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಬಯಲಾಟದ ಮಹಿಷಾಸುರನೆಂಬ ಹೆಗ್ಗಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಮಳೆಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಯಕ್ಷತಂಡದ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮುಂಬೈ,ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಕಡೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ,ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಯಕ್ಷಾಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಚಾರವನ್ನು ಬಯಸದೆ, ಕಲಾನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀಬ್ರಹ್ಮಲಿಂಗೇಶ್ವರನ ಕಲಾಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಹಲವು ಕಡೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು ದೊರೆತಿದೆ.. ದೇವಾಡಿಗ ಯುವ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಉಪ ಘಟಕ ಹಿರಿಯಡ್ಕ ಇವರಿಂದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ, ಮೇಲ್ ಹೊಸೂರು ಕಾನ್ಬೇರು ಸಂಜೀವ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರಿಂದ "ಯಕ್ಷರೂವಾರಿ" ಬಿರುದಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನ,ಸುರಭಿ ಮಿತ್ರ ಬಳಗ ಕಿರಿಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ ಇವರಿಂದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ,ಮಾರಣಕಟ್ಟೆ ಶ್ರೀದರ ಮಂಜರ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರಿಂದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ, ಕರಾವಳಿ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಸಂಘ ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್ ಇವರಿಂದ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಜನರಾದ ಹಿರಿಮೆ ಇವರದ್ದು.. ಇವರು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪಾರ್ವತಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನುರೂಪ ದಾಂಪತ್ಯ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ,ಕಿರಣ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೀರ್ತನ್ ಎನ್ನುವ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸುಪುತ್ರರನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಶಿಸ್ತುಬದ್ದ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಳ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀಬ್ರಹ್ಮಲಿಂಗೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯೂ ಸುಖಸಂಪದವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ,ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಕಲಾಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಸುಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಯಕ್ಷಮಂದಾರದ ಶುಭಹಾರೈಕೆ.. ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ:ಹಾಲಾಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ.. ನಿರೂಪಣೆ:ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಮೃತ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ.. ಸಹಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ: ಜಯರಾಮ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಹೈಗಿನಕಟ್ಟೆ ಹೊಸೂರು.. ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಶಂಕರನಾರಾಯಣ ಯಕ್ಷಮಂದಾರದ ಸರ್ವಸದಸ್ಯರು.. ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲಾವಿದರ ಪರಿಚಯ ಸರಣಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳು ನಮ್ಮಯಕ್ಷ💥ಮಂದಾರ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್..ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.. ನಮ್ಮ 🌀ಯಕ್ಷ💥ಮಂದಾರ🌀ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಪೇಜ್.. ನ್ನು download ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ..ಮತ್ತು ನಾವು upload ಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಿರಿ..ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ like ಮಾಡಿ,share ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ... ಯಕ್ಷಗಾನ ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ,ಬೆಳೆಸಿ, ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ.. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು🙏🙏🙏

Today our yakshaganas are famous lyricists of Badaguthittti, the artist of The Maranakatte Mela Nagur Srinivasa Dewadiga...

He was born to sri thimma devadiga and kaveri couple at Kabdoor in Kiribasavillage in Byndoor taluk of Udupi district.

After completing his primary education at Kiribasamy School, he joined the Yakshagana Centre in Udupi in 1982 with interest in Yakshagana. Where bhargava keerthisesha of the sea sat i.shivarama karanth received the knowledge of the rhythm of tala from heranjalu venkataramana ganiga. Later in 1983, he built a bunch of maranaketta melas under the guidance of Yakshasbhishma M.M.Hegde and served in a maranakatte mela for a long period of thirty-seven years.

Pure orthodox dance, pure and clear literature, serious theatre, cleverness that can energize the character. He is a purely orthodox artist with his theatrical skills.

The characters of Chandrahasa history are the evil minds of The History of The History, The Kamlabhuof Alota and Koundlika of Ratikalyana, Kaurava and Bhima of Gadawara, Shatruprasudhana of Sudarshana Vijaya, Kartyaveerya, Rukmabhupa, Sundararavana, Balarama, Yama, Raktajanga, Madhu, Kaitaba, Keechaka, Bhadrasena, Rama, Mahishasura and others. He also acted in the scene of The Maranakate Kshetra Mahatma, Sri Devi Mahatma and Kappannaswamy Mahatma. Mahishasura, who played the role of A.R. In The Rabindra Kalakshetra, Bangalore, is well known for his role as The Bayalata Mahishasura.

During the rainy season, he has performed in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and has been a great admirer of yakshagana.

He has been honoured in many places for his artistic service, without seeking any publicity, sincerely and sincerely. The deputy unit of the Devadiga Youth Organisation, Hiriyadka, Mail Hosur Kanberu Sanjeeva Shetty honored with the title of "Yakshavaru" by Sanjeev Shetty, Surabhi Mitra Group Kiriheswara, Honored by Maranakate Sridarmanjara Sangam, Coastal Maitri Sangh Hyderabad Honor.

She has a married life with Mrs. Parvathi and has two sons, Kiran and Kirtan.
